Ntah aper jadik laa pd kedai2 kebajikan kat Portswood tuh. Heh. Anyway, mase dlm bas ngan bugs tadik, mak call. Mak ingat aku kat swiss. I wish I am! Hoho. Mak aku call tadik nak remind aku yg Muharram is just a few days away. Mak kate kalu ikot kalendar(kat msia), Muharram starts on the 10th of February. UK ni aku rase either same or awal sehari la kot. Pastuh mak ingatkan gaks pasal pose bulan Muharram ni, hari Ashura, 10th of Muharram hari yg sangat2 digalakkan kite umat Islam puase. Fasting in the month of Muharram is highly desired, especially on the tenth day, 'Ashura. The Messenger of Allah (saas) has been reported as saying when asked which prayer is better after obligatory prayer: "Prayer in the middle of the night." He was asked again which fast is better after Ramadan. He said: "In the month that is called Al-Muharram." (Ahmed, Muslim, and Abu Dawud) Pastuh mak citer lak kisah pasal Nabi Muhammad saw mase gi Madinah tgk Bani Israel pun pose on the 10th of Ashura sbb Nabi Musa and Bani Israel pd tarikh yg same terselamat dari musuh. Nabi Muhammad saw dalam hadith(klik link kat bawah tuh nak bace hadith nih) menyuruh kite puase the day before(9th) and on the 10th so that x same laa ngan org2 Israel ni. So kengkawan, mari laa kiter berpuase di bulan Muharram ni sebagaimana yg dianjurkan. A good start for our 'Tahun Baru' kan?
